Owen: Executive Biography
Owen is a strategic, clinically grounded leader with a career spanning Interventional Radiology, advanced aesthetics, governance, digital innovation and organisational development. His professional standards are shaped by precision, discipline and the kind of calm decisiveness normally associated with people who have spent time jumping out of planes. After serving in the Parachute Regiment, he left in 2007 to build a career in healthcare, bringing that same grit and focus into every clinical and operational role since.
His foundation in Interventional Radiology cemented his reputation for accuracy, structured thinking and sound judgement under pressure. This environment shaped his leadership style: analytical, evidence-based and uncompromising on safety.
Owen is a Level 7 Aesthetics Injector and has been practising since 2015, completing over 30 advanced aesthetic courses. His technical skill and teaching ability led to his appointment as Faculty Trainer at SkinViva (prior to its acquisition by Harley Academy), where he trained practitioners across the country in advanced injectable techniques.
His education career extends further into the NHS. As a Clinical Trainer at Liverpool Royal, he taught clinicians, nurses and radiographers, delivering high-stakes clinical education with clarity and precision. He has also worked at The Christie, gaining deep experience within one of Europe’s leading specialist centres.
Owen’s expertise extends into national-level clinical governance. He worked with NICE to implement the current UK bleed policy used across the NHS, contributing to safer clinical pathways and shaping standards still applied nationally. This involvement demonstrates his ability to operate at both the frontline and policy-setting levels of healthcare.
As founder and Managing Director of Haus of Ästhetik, Owen has created a governance-driven clinic built on regulatory integrity, patient safety and rigorous operational systems. His leadership blends NHS structure, legal principles and aesthetic medicine into a coherent, efficient and resilient service.
He is also the architect of CliniSync, a next-generation clinical management system designed to integrate seamlessly with Wix. CliniSync reflects his capability to combine clinical insight, regulatory understanding and digital design, producing a platform engineered for safety, compliance and practical ease of use.
Alongside his clinical and digital roles, Owen is progressing in his legal training, strengthening his expertise in regulation, accountability, and healthcare law. This gives him a rare multidisciplinary lens: clinical, operational, legal and strategic.
Across every stage of his career, from the Parachute Regiment, to Interventional Radiology, to national education, aesthetics, digital design and policy work with NICE, Owen has shown consistent clarity, strong judgement and an ability to stabilise and elevate complex environments. He is known for identifying risk early, designing systems that function in real-world pressure, and setting standards that others strive to reach.
In short: Owen is a rare hybrid of clinician, educator, strategist, innovator and governance specialist. His work strengthens organisations, safeguards patients and drives excellence wherever he applies his influence.

Owen is an advanced medical Äesthetician, and former faculty trainer with a rich and diverse medical background spanning the NHS, the British Army, and the aesthetics industry.
His journey into aesthetics began in 2015, when he trained with Cosmetic Courses in London, one of the UK’s most esteemed aesthetic training providers.
Following this, he went on to complete the Mastery Programme with SkinViva Training Academy, where he studied every area of the face under the direct guidance of renowned aesthetic expert Dr Tim Pearce.
Owen's dedication and clinical acumen led him to become a faculty trainer, injector, and mentor at SkinViva, where he educated doctors, dentists, and nurses in advanced injectable techniques across the UK.
Owen is a Level 7 qualified aesthetic injector, holding the highest recognised level of formal aesthetic qualification within the UK framework. Level 7 represents postgraduate-level education and confirms advanced competence in anatomy, clinical assessment, risk management, and evidence-based aesthetic practice.
He also holds Royal Society for Public Health Medical Aesthetics Certificates, awarded with Merit, in the safe use of botulinum toxin and dermal fillers, and is an accredited practitioner on the Save Face register. Together, these credentials demonstrate a governance-led, safety-focused approach to aesthetics, where competence is defined by education and accountability rather than professional title alone.
