Deep Lines & Wrinkles

Deep lines and wrinkles are part of the skin’s natural ageing process, developing as collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid levels decline.

Repeated facial movements, sun exposure, and environmental stressors create creases that eventually remain even at rest. While these lines tell a story of expression, they can sometimes give the appearance of fatigue or ageing beyond how one feels.

At Haus of Ästhetik, our approach is restorative rather than transformative, smoothing, softening, and supporting the skin’s structure to achieve natural, expressive rejuvenation.

Overview

Deep lines and wrinkles are part of the skin’s natural ageing process, developing as collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid levels decline.

Repeated facial movements, sun exposure, and environmental stressors create creases that eventually remain even at rest. While these lines tell a story of expression, they can sometimes give the appearance of fatigue or ageing beyond how one feels.

At Haus of Ästhetik, our approach is restorative rather than transformative, smoothing, softening, and supporting the skin’s structure to achieve natural, expressive rejuvenation.

  • Fine and deep wrinkles affect all skin types, typically emerging in the late twenties and deepening with age.

They may appear earlier in those with significant sun exposure or expressive facial movement.

Both men and women seek treatment to maintain skin integrity, brightness, and natural facial vitality.

    • Dynamic wrinkles visible with movement (e.g. forehead, frown lines, crow’s feet).

    • Static wrinkles visible at rest.

    • Skin thinning and loss of elasticity.

    • Dull or uneven texture due to reduced hydration.

    • Sagging or volume loss contributing to deeper creases (nasolabial folds, marionette lines).

  • No dedicated NICE guideline exists for cosmetic deep lines and wrinkles; most guidance is in dermatology literature rather than NICE. The BNF includes general entries for botulinum toxin and hyaluronidase (for complications) but does not provide indication-specific directives for wrinkle correction.

  • 1. Botulinum Toxin (Anti-Wrinkle Injections)

    • Temporarily relaxes the muscles responsible for dynamic wrinkles.

    • Smooths frown lines, forehead creases, and crow’s feet while preserving natural movement.

    • Visible improvement in 5–10 days, lasting around 3–4 months.

    • Administered under MHRA and BNF standards by a prescribing clinician.

    2. Teoxane RHA Filler Range (RHA 1–4, Ultra Deep)

    • Restores lost volume and smooths static wrinkles while maintaining facial mobility.

    • Dynamic hyaluronic acid matrix integrates naturally with the skin for expressive results.

    • Suitable for deep lines around the mouth, nose, and lower face.

    3. Mesoestetic Nexha Fillers (HA + Succinic Acid)

    • Combines volumising hyaluronic acid with succinic acid, a regenerative molecule that stimulates fibroblast activity and collagen synthesis.

    • Addresses both the structural and biological causes of wrinkles, improving firmness, radiance, and elasticity over time.

    • Ideal for patients seeking regenerative lift rather than volumetric change.

    4. mesoestetic Age Element Firming and Antioxidant Peels

    • Promote cellular turnover and strengthen dermal architecture.

    • Target oxidative stress and glycation, two major drivers of wrinkle formation.

    5. Skin Boosters (Teoxane Redensity I)

    • Intradermal hydration with hyaluronic acid, amino acids, and vitamins to restore glow and fine-line elasticity.

    6. Collagen-Stimulating and LED Regeneration Therapies

    • Support long-term dermal rebuilding, improving tone and smoothness without downtime.

All injectables and peels are performed by medically trained practitioners under CQC Regulation 12, with product traceability, informed consent, and adherence to safety protocols.

  • Suitability depends on the type and depth of wrinkles. Dynamic lines respond best to toxin; static or volume-related lines may require filler or regenerative support. A full consultation includes facial mapping, medical screening, and discussion of realistic outcomes. Contraindications include pregnancy, breastfeeding, active infection, or certain neuromuscular disorders.

    • Botulinum toxin: visible smoothing of expression lines within 7–10 days, lasting 3–4 months.

    • Fillers and skin boosters: immediate improvement in deep lines and texture, lasting 9–18 months.

    • Regenerative therapies: progressive collagen stimulation, with continued improvement over several weeks.Patients typically report a fresher, more relaxed appearance while retaining authentic expression and natural movement.

    • Avoid touching, rubbing, or massaging the treated area for 24 hours.

    • No strenuous activity, alcohol, or heat exposure for 48 hours.

    • Maintain hydration and use SPF 30+ daily.

    • Avoid strong acids or retinoids for 3–5 days post-peel or injection.

    • Schedule review appointments every 3–6 months for toxin and annually for fillers or skin boosters.

  • Book a Wrinkle & Skin Renewal Consultation at Haus of Ästhetik for a full assessment of facial anatomy and skin condition.

We will design a bespoke treatment plan that may combine neuromodulation, filler, and regenerative protocols for optimal longevity and natural rejuvenation.

All treatments are delivered in compliance with CQC Regulation 12: Safe Care and Treatment, ensuring safe prescribing, product traceability, and comprehensive aftercare.

You’ll leave with a realistic, tailored plan and visible, confident results.
