These appointments allow our medical practitioners to assess treatment outcomes, review healing, and make any necessary refinements or clinical adjustments in line with best practice and aesthetic balance. Follow-up consultations are typically arranged 2–4 weeks after an injectable or skin treatment, depending on the procedure and individual response. This window allows time for products such as dermal fillers, skin boosters, or polynucleotides to integrate fully, and for any transient swelling or redness to settle. During your appointment, a detailed assessment is completed, including: • Evaluation of results against initial treatment goals and photography. • Symmetry and balance check to ensure proportionate outcomes. • Skin health review, focusing on texture, tone, and hydration. • Discussion of any concerns, including aftercare, longevity, and next steps. • Planning of maintenance or enhancement treatments, if required. This session is also an opportunity to discuss complementary procedures such as microneedling, peels, or vitamin therapy, allowing a tailored approach to long-term rejuvenation. Where minor adjustments are clinically indicated, these can often be performed during the same visit, provided sufficient healing has occurred. All findings are documented within your clinical record in accordance with CQC Regulation 17 (Good Governance) and Save Face standards for medical aesthetics. This ensures full traceability, patient safety, and continuous quality improvement across every stage of care.
