Nose Reshaping
Non-surgical nose reshaping, often called liquid rhinoplasty, uses hyaluronic acid dermal filler to refine nasal shape without surgery. It can lift the nasal tip, smooth bumps, correct asymmetry, and improve profile balance with minimal downtime.
The treatment does not reduce nose size but alters proportion and light reflection, creating the visual effect of refinement. At Haus of Ästhetik, every rhinoplasty procedure is performed with detailed anatomical mapping, precision, and adherence to MHRA and CQC safety standards.

Overview
Non-surgical nose reshaping, often called liquid rhinoplasty, uses hyaluronic acid dermal filler to refine nasal shape without surgery. It can lift the nasal tip, smooth bumps, correct asymmetry, and improve profile balance with minimal downtime.
The treatment does not reduce nose size but alters proportion and light reflection, creating the visual effect of refinement. At Haus of Ästhetik, every rhinoplasty procedure is performed with detailed anatomical mapping, precision, and adherence to MHRA and CQC safety standards.
Suitable for adults seeking aesthetic refinement or confidence restoration without invasive surgery. Both men and women choose the treatment for balanced facial proportions, especially when the profile appears convex or unbalanced.
It is not suitable for individuals with known vascular disorders, nasal trauma under six months old, or those who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
The nose comprises highly vascular tissue supplied by branches of the ophthalmic and facial arteries. Because of this, nasal filler procedures demand advanced anatomical skill.
At Haus of Ästhetik, treatments are performed only by medically qualified Level 7 practitioners using micro-cannula or controlled needle techniques and products with established rheology and reversibility profiles.
There is no NICE guideline for non-surgical nose reshaping. Given its recognised risk profile, we practise under strict safety governance, with vascular assessment, reversible devices and clear surgical-referral criteria.
Non-surgical nose reshaping uses CE/UKCA-marked hyaluronic-acid dermal fillers (medical devices). This is one of the higher-risk non-surgical procedures, so safety leads everything we do:
The nose has a complex blood supply and, although rare, serious complications including vascular occlusion, skin damage and visual disturbance can occur.
We carry out careful vascular assessment and use reversible HA fillers, holding reversal medicine and emergency protocols.
We will recommend surgical referral where that is the safer or more suitable option.
Treatment is only offered after a thorough in-person consultation and informed consent.
If you are not a suitable candidate, we will tell you honestly.
Suitability is confirmed after a full consultation, including facial assessment, medical history, vascular risk evaluation, and photography.
Contraindications include: pregnancy, breastfeeding, recent surgery or trauma, active sinus infection, known filler hypersensitivity, or unrealistic expectations.
Patients must be over 18, and informed consent must include discussion of vascular occlusion risk, blindness risk, and the availability of Hyalase® reversal.
All procedures fall under Regulation 12: Safe Care and Treatment, with product batch numbers recorded in the patient’s notes.
Where treatment is appropriate, results are visible immediately but are temporary and not a substitute for surgery. Because safety is paramount, we take a careful, conservative approach, review at follow-up, and always discuss risks and alternatives, including surgical referral, before proceeding.
Avoid glasses pressure, exercise, alcohol, and heat exposure for 48 hours.
Do not touch or massage the nose for one week unless directed.
Sleep on your back and avoid facial treatments for two weeks.
Attend a two-week review for assessment and fine-tuning.
Use gentle cleansing, daily SPF 30+, and maintain hydration.
Report any pain, blanching, or visual disturbance immediately — emergency protocols are in place and communicated at consent stage.
The first step is always a face-to-face consultation at Haus of Asthetik. We assess your nose, take a full medical history and discuss realistic, evidence-based options for non-surgical nose reshaping. Any prescription element is provided only where clinically appropriate, following an in-person medical assessment and prescriber sign-off; we do not prescribe remotely. Treatments are for adults aged 18 and over only.
All care is delivered under CQC Regulation 12 (Safe Care and Treatment), with informed consent, product traceability and written aftercare, and our governance is kept in step with the forthcoming national licensing scheme for non-surgical cosmetic procedures. Individual results vary and are discussed honestly with you. If you ever feel distressed about your appearance, we are glad to talk it through and, where helpful, signpost further support.
