What this means for you:

• Owen is accountable to the CQC for how the service is run.

• He ensures that all treatments are safe, lawful, and provided by trained healthcare professionals.

• He is responsible for responding to feedback, complaints, and regulatory inspections.

• He leads on quality improvement, governance, and patient safety.
