Zero Tolerance to Abuse and Exploitation

At Haus of Ästhetik, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Our commitment
  • We will not tolerate any form of abuse, exploitation, or discrimination, whether directed at staff, patients, or visitors.

  • This includes physical abuse, verbal aggression, intimidation, sexual harassment, exploitation, or discriminatory behaviour.

  • All patients and staff have the right to feel safe, respected, and supported.

What this means for patients
  • You will always be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect.

  • We will act immediately if there are concerns that a patient, child, or vulnerable adult is being exploited or abused.

  • Any behaviour that threatens the safety or well-being of staff or other patients may result in refusal of treatment and, where necessary, referral to safeguarding teams or the police.

Raising concerns
  • If you ever feel unsafe, disrespected, or exploited during your time with us, please report it immediately to a member of staff or directly to our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), Michelle Caudren.

  • You may also escalate concerns to external agencies such as the CQC, local safeguarding teams, or the police if you prefer.

Our promise
  • We will always act fairly, confidentially, and without discrimination when dealing with concerns.

  • We will fully support anyone who raises an issue about abuse, exploitation, or intimidation.
