Safeguarding Statement – Protecting Adults and Children
At Haus of Ästhetik, your safety and wellbeing are our priority. We are committed to protecting adults, young people, and children from abuse, neglect, or exploitation.
This includes taking extra care to protect children and young people, particularly were vulnerability, consent, or wellbeing may be affected.
Our responsibilities
We have clear safeguarding procedures in place for both adults and children.
All staff are trained to recognise signs of abuse and know how to act.
Safeguarding concerns are taken seriously and acted upon promptly.
Who is responsible
Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL): Michelle Caudren, Safeguarding Adults and Children (Level 3 trained).
Deputy Safeguarding Lead: A senior clinician trained to the same level, acting in Michelle’s absence.
Governance and Assurance Oversight: Our safeguarding processes are independently reviewed by a senior governance officer to ensure fairness and accountability.

Speak to any member of staff, who will ensure your concern is escalated appropriately.
