To ensure patients know exactly who to contact if an adverse event or concern arises after treatment.

Emergency Contact Details – What to Do if You Have Concerns After Treatment

At Haus of Ästhetik, your safety is our priority. While adverse events are rare, it is important that you know exactly who to contact and what to do if you have any concerns following your treatment.



During Clinic Hours

When to contact us immediately
  • Sudden or severe pain, swelling, or redness.

  • Difficulty breathing or signs of an allergic reaction.

  • Unexpected changes at the treatment site (e.g., blanching, unusual bruising, or visual changes).

  • Any other concerns that cause you distress.



What happens when you contact us
  • You will be assessed by a clinician as soon as possible.

  • If required, you will be asked to return to clinic for urgent review.

  • In emergencies, we will advise you to call 999 or attend the nearest Accident & Emergency (A&E).
