Discription:

Our commitment to you

At Haus of Ästhetik, we recognise that some consultations and treatments involve close personal contact or sensitive areas. We are committed to ensuring your comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.

You have the right to be supported during your care, and we respect your choice to have a chaperone or support person present if this helps you feel more at ease.

Our promise

You may request a chaperone or support person during any consultation, examination, or treatment.

This can be:

• A trained member of clinic staff, or

• A family member or friend, provided they are aged 18 or over

Your decision to request a chaperone will never affect the quality of care you receive.

We will explain the role of the chaperone and ensure they understand their responsibility to respect your privacy and confidentiality throughout your appointment.

Accessibility and support

We understand that people have different needs and comfort levels when accessing care. A chaperone or support person may be particularly helpful if you:

• Feel anxious or vulnerable

• Have a disability, long-term condition, or neurodivergence

• Have communication or sensory needs

• Prefer additional reassurance during treatment

If a clinic chaperone is not immediately available, we will discuss your options with you, including rearranging your appointment if you wish.

· You may change your mind at any time.

· You have the right to privacy, dignity, and respectful treatment at all times.

· If you have concerns about your care, you may raise these through our Complaints Procedure.
